Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using LogicGrid ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
First Crack Audio Lab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use LogicGrid on your personal computers. This Software is licensed, not sold.
This license is DRM-free. There are no license keys or activation servers. You are trusted to use the Software according to the terms of this Agreement.
You may install and use the Software on your own machines for personal or professional music production purposes. Personal License holders may use the Software on their personal machines. Studio License holders may install the Software on machines within their studio environment.
You may not: distribute, sell, sublicense, or share the Software with others; publish the Software publicly or make it available for download; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws.
Your license includes all future updates to the Software. First Crack Audio Lab may release updates at any time and will notify registered users when updates are available.
The Software requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and Logic Pro 11 or later. First Crack Audio Lab makes no guarantee of compatibility with future versions of macOS or Logic Pro, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility.
Known limitations at time of release: Full screen mode, secondary ruler, and marquee ruler are not officially supported. LP Colorizer and similar interface modification apps may cause conflicts.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. First Crack Audio Lab does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
In no event shall First Crack Audio Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
